When I finish a movie, the site forces me to go back and take it again. Or, when I take a quiz, it says “Calculating” and never finishes.
First of all, NEVER go back and retake the movie or quiz. The program tracks your progress through a course with a tracking cookie, stored in your Web Browser. Occasionally, that cookie gets corrupted ad causes these two errors. There are 2 ways to fix this:
1. Call us at 660-833-9139 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, and we can correct this in a few minutes. Also, after hours you may email us and we occasionally check messages and will fix it, but this is a much slower option.
2. You can fix this yourself by deleting the cookie in your browser. To fix this, you will need to clear your browser history which will clear the corrupted cookie. It’s a fairly simple procedure that takes less than 5 minutes. The link below will show you how to clear your history, based on what Web browser you’re using. When you reach the screen in your browser where it asks how what you want to clear, select “Cookies” & Cached Images And Files” and then set how far back you want to clear (Today, 1 Week, etc) go back as far as you can (all time).
