I’m sorry you having this problem. I have reset the section for the ABN which should allow you to finish. If not, please follow these steps:
The problem you’re having is a “dirty” browser history or corrupted cookie.
To fix this, you will need to clear your browser history. It’s a fairly simple procedure that takes less than 5 minutes. I can that’s. I can talk you through it if you would like over the phone, or I have put the instructions below.
The link below will show you how to clear your history, based on what web browser you’re using. When you reach the point in the instructions below where it asks how far back you want to clear, go back as far as you can. Also, make sure it’s clearing browser history, cache, and cookies.
Once this is done, you will probably be logged out of the site. If so, go to My Account in dcpowerhours.com and log back in.
